Vision – A world where communities are empowered to create local solutions to support Global Goals, fostering sustainable and autonomous change.
Mission – To collaborate with organizations on their journey from “start-up to sustainability”, using Purposeful Play to drive social impact.
Purpose – To cultivate mutual partnerships that empower local leaders to create meaningful and lasting change.
Our Global Network
Since 2008, Coaches Across Continents (CAC) is the world’s only Purposeful Play for Development network that empowers communities on six continents to create sustainable, community led change. Through our unique self directed learning methodology, we equip local organizations and leaders to progress from “Start-up to sustainable”, addressing critical community needs, while contributing directly to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, and focused campaigns whilst also creating pathways for long lasting impactful change.

CAC NETWORK MODEL
Local Solutions For Global Goals
Our new Global Purposeful Play Centers are located in 10 countries. Our centers educate a network of national organizations to use our Purposeful Play – Self Directed Learning methodology to address social issues. In 2026, more than 300+ organizations will benefit from training in these centers.
Our Global Purposeful Play Coaches are the highest level of educators who have the skills to deliver Purposeful Play and create opportunities to network for federations/ associations, organisations, coaches and young people throughout the world. These coaches normally have 10+ years of experience in the CAC methodology including Purposeful Play campaigns and safeguarding. We have 10 Global Purposeful Play Coaches.
Our National Purposeful Play Coaches deliver Purposeful Play for organizations, coaches and young people throughout their country. These coaches normally have 5+ years of experience in the CAC methodology including Purposeful Play campaigns and safeguarding. We have 12 National Purposeful Play Coaches in 2026.
Our Community Purposeful Play Coaches deliver Purposeful Play for coaches and young people in their own community. These coaches normally have 3+ years of experience in the CAC methodology including Purposeful Play campaigns and safeguarding. We have 80+ Community Purposeful Play Coaches in 2026.
Our Local Purposeful Play Coaches deliver Purposeful Play for young people in their community. These coaches normally have 2+ years of experience in the CAC methodology including Purposeful Play campaigns and safeguarding. We have 2500+ Local Purposeful Play Coaches in 2026.
Our Global Partner Organizations have access to all the Coaches Across Continents resources to support them to build ‘from start up to sustainability’. Each organization chooses which resources and which campaigns they want from CAC. In 2026, CAC will support over 300 organizations on 6 continents.

CAC’s WORLD OF PURPOSEFUL PLAY
SATELLITE MANAGERS
In the year 2023, CAC embarked on a pioneering venture by piloting Satellite Offices across the African continent, appointing five seasoned leaders as Satellite Managers. These individuals, having traversed the path from Community Impact Coach to Accredited Coach, shouldered the mantle of amplifying CAC’s voice and impact within their respective nations and traversed international boundaries.
